What is the cost of materials for a fundraiser?

Zero. Its as easy as that. No up front costs. No minimum orders.

How does your process work?

  • We will ship you order forms and sample vials for each seller.

  • Orders can be taken on paper order forms or through our fundraising portal.

  • Payments are made directly to your organization.

  • Orders are submitted back to Country Lights via the fundraising portal or a master order form. 

  • We will pack and ship your order along with the final invoice.

  • You will distribute the products to your customers.

Can my customers order online?

Online sales are great for long distance customers. They place their order and pay on our website. We ship directly to them. The organization will receive 40% of these sales at the conclusion of the sale.

What products do we sell?

We offer three different high quality handcrafted product types - highly scented 12 oz. candles, wax melts and fidget sniffers . You may sell just candles or a combination of the three products. Each fundraiser will have 20 fragrances in each product type.

How much money do I make?

We suggest you sell the 12 oz candles for $18, wax melts for $5 and fidget sniffers for $3.50. You will receive 50% of the sales minus shipping. (See question about rewards).

How long should my sale last?

Experience shows that two weeks is the best length of time to run a fundraiser.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After the final order is placed, please allow up to two weeks for delivery. The candles are packaged, double checked and organized for convenient easy sorting and distribution.

What customization do you offer?

Every organization will have an opportunity to add a custom 2 tone candle to their sale. This is usually school or organization colors and will be named after your group or mascot.

In addition, every candle will have a customized label thanking the customer for supporting your organization.

Do you offer any types of rewards?

Organizations that set group and individual goals have the most successful fundraisers. We reward sales with 10% off shipping for every 100 candles the group sells through in-person sales. ​Individuals who go above and beyond receive a free 12 oz candle from Country Lights for every $300 they sell.

What if a customer wants a fragrance not listed on the order form?

On occasion we have other fragrances we'll offer in small batches via our online store only. These are always subject to change, but allows a more variety for customers looking for other fragrances. All of our fragrances are non toxic, paraben & phthalate free.
